3. Client Service Agreements

Specific engagements for paid advertising management, SEO, or other services are governed by a separate written Service Agreement entered into between Growth Signal and the client, which will set out scope of work, fees, payment terms, ownership of ad accounts, and termination conditions. In the event of any conflict, the signed Service Agreement controls.

4. Fees and Payment

Service fees are billed on a monthly basis as agreed in the applicable Service Agreement. Advertising budget paid directly to platforms such as Google Ads or Meta Ads is separate from our management fee and is the client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Growth Signal unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability
